Refund requests must be submitted within the specified refund window mentioned for each course. Refunds are processed after internal review and approval. Certain promotional or discounted courses may not be eligible for refund.

All course content, videos, materials, branding, and logos are the intellectual property of India Trainers and may not be copied, redistributed, or reused without written permission.

Users must not misuse the platform, share login credentials, attempt to hack the system, or engage in unlawful activities.

India Trainers shall not be held liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
